By integrating Recon Suite with Active Directory or Open Directory, users or employees can be associated with their respective machines. Recon Suite can also be integrated with Apple's Global Service Exchange (GSX) to automatically populate warranty and purchasing dates on inventory reports.

Portability

Once inventory data has been gathered, it can easily be exported to Excel, Numbers, or other SQL databases and XML-driven systems. By offering fifty inventory templates and the ability to create custom inventory reports, the Recon Suite allows for thousands of reporting possibilities. In addition, web-based access makes viewing inventory data simple from any device that supports a browser.
